The home offers plenty of natural light alongside the depth & drama of traditional rooms with original features such as wood paneling, wood & stone fireplaces, grand wood staircase, original thick oak doors, iron light fixtures, and so on. Set on 1/2 acre of land, this reserved home can accommodate a large crew and production. The 10” thick stone walls also make for a naturally quiet filming location.
Crew accommodation available if needed. All furniture can be moved. Paint and decorating allowed depending on scope. Parking limited, but less than 1/4 mile away from Springfield Mall for copious parking availability. 20 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, 30 minutes from Philadelphia airport, 5 minutes from Swarthmore Train Station.
